Replacement Policy

At Oki, we strive to create a custom night guard that fits perfectly. If you experience any issues due to:
Manufacturing defects
Improper fit due to impression inaccuracies
Operational errors (e.g., typing mistakes on your order)
Errors caused by Oki (e.g., loose, tight, or uncomfortable fit)
Package loss or missing items

We offer a free replacement to ensure your night guard meets your needs.

Exclusions

Our replacement policy does not cover:
Natural wear and tear from teeth grinding
Discoloration due to improper care
Bacterial buildup
Wrong thickness or size selection by the customer

If replacement is required due to these reasons, an additional fee may apply.

Return of Defective Products

If a replacement requires us to remake your night guard, you must return the defective product for evaluation and testing. Without the original product, we cannot proceed with a replacement.

📌 Note: During the thermoforming process, a 20%-40% thickness reduction is normal. This is not covered under our replacement policy.

📦 Shipping Cost: We cover the shipping cost for all eligible replacements.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your custom night guard within 60 days of receiving it.

Important Refund Information

💳 Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the night guard.
