Return & Refund Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your custom Night Guard.
- The Night Guard must be in its original condition and not damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- The dental impression kit is non-refundable once used.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact Us – Email our support team with your order details at Support@okiguards.com.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship It Back – Send the Night Guard to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions & Important Notes
- Custom-made products are non-refundable if the issue is due to incorrect impressions.
- If your Night Guard does not fit properly, contact us – we offer one free adjustment or remake if needed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
