I needed to replace my retainer and I didn’t want to go back to the orthodontist because it was very expensive. I decided to try ordering a custom one online. I was a little nervous at first, but Oki turned out to be an amazing find.
The impression kit came with clear instructions and was very easy to use. After I sent it back, they actually emailed me to confirm they have received it and even explained that everything looks good before creating the retainer. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care of the process.
When I received the finished product, I was surprised how well it fit that there were no tight spots and no discomfort. It feels exactly like the one I used to have from my orthodontist, but this one cost me way less and was done entirely by mail.
I’ve been wearing it every night for a month now and it is keeping my teeth in place. It’s comfortable, clear, and very well made.
